BOTTEGA AT VINITALY 2025

From April 6 to 9, Vinitaly 2025 will be held at Verona Fiere.

For 57 years, Vinitaly has represented the first international wine and spirits fair aimed at business operators. Four days dedicated to developing relationships between producers, buyers and stakeholders to share skills and experiences.

Bottega will participate at Vinitaly 2025 with its entire product line:
– Wines: sparkling, white and red
– Creams and Liqueurs
– Premix
– Non-alcohol products
– Grappa and spirits

What’s new this year? The Premium Vintage Collection,a project that Bottega began developing more than 10 years ago to enhance the Prosecco.
The goal is to produce sparkling wines of the highest quality, prolonging fermentation times and thus obtain wines with more complex character and good longevity.

This collection includes 5 Prosecco Extra Brut wines with three different vintages:

1. Gold Cru
2. Gold Extra Brut
3. Gold Diamond
4. Stardust Black
5. Stardust Gold

On this occasion wide space is given to the latest wine in the series: Bottega Stardust Gold.

The particularity of this Prosecco is that at the end of the frothing process the wine is left in contact with the no longer active yeasts for at least 11 months, which, thanks to the autolysis process, release substances that are important for the body, structure and aromaticity of the wine.
The final touch involves the addition of dosage syrup, in the preparation of which a portion of wine aged in oak barrels is used. In this way, the production process lasts a total of a minimum of 12 months.
Bottega Stardust Gold is enriched with a bottle completely covered with 5,000 crystals placed by hand for a stardust effect.
