Bottega has been awarded the Ocean Sea Foundation prize. This is a prestigious international recognition for companies, public and private entities that have made an innovative contribution to processes, systems, partnerships, technologies and products in terms of sustainable development, environmental respect and social responsibility. These innovative approach has to be aligned with the “Taormina Protocol” N.01/OE. wanted and signed by Ocean Sea Foundation and Luigi Einaudi Foundation. Bottega also supports the activities of the foundation, which in 2022 will carry out an expedition to the Arctic sea, with its own ship powered by a hyydrogen hybrid engine, to sample the presence of microplastics and nanoplastics.
