Bottega is attending Salone del Mobile with a Prosecco Bar space inside the Rho/Milan fair and with an outdoor terrace on the upper floor of the fairground, where visitors can enjoy a tasty and relaxing break. The ‘Bottega Bacaro’ philosophy is reproduced here, combining the atmosphere and culture of Venetian bacari with an articulate and versatile food and wine offer.
The Prosecco Bar inside the fairground is a space intended for a quick lunch accompanied by a good glass of wine. The Bottega terrace, on the other hand, lends itself to the more leisurely pace of an aperitif, to gratify oneself with a pleasant break during a day at the fair.
“After the success of our presence at the September edition of the SuperSalone, we have decided to redouble our commitment with a double location, which leads back to the same philosophy of the so-called Bottega Bacaro. I am sure that visitors will appreciate the possibility of a quality stop to enjoy a glass of wine accompanied by tasty finger food or more structured dishes,’ says our President Sandro Bottega.
The Prosecco Bar format was launched in 2014 on board the Viking Group’s ship Cinderella, which operates on the Baltic Sea. Over the years it was then implemented inside the international airports of Rome Fiumicino, Venice, Dubai, Birmingham, Bologna, Milan Malpensa and the two Bulgarian airports of Burgas and Varna, in London at the BOKAN 38th & 39th Rooftop Bar, in Guernsey (Channel Islands) on the terrace of the Slaughterhouse, inside the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Muscat in Oman, in the Seychelles islands on the beach of the Hilton Labriz Hotel (Silhouette Island), in Tokyo on the terrace of the Anchor Gate Hotel, at the English racecourses of Bath and Windsor and, with a different formula, at the Belluno railway station.
