Premium Vintage Collection in Milan
21 October 2024On October 10th, Bottega officially presented the first 3 exclusive bottles of the project: Gold Cru, Gold Extra Brut, Gold Diamond. The stunning location that hosted this event was Terrazza Duomo 21 and Ristorante Verso Capitaneo in Milan.
The premiumization of Prosecco is the main objective of this new range of Prosecco, which undergo an extended fermentation from 4 to 12 months.
To prove the ageing potential of Prosecco, Bottega has also held a vertical tasting of several vintages from 2013 to 2023. This was the first vertical tasting of Bottega Prosecco in Italy, but similar events have been hosted in Toronto (2018) and London (2018 and 2024).
