To celebrate Mother’s Day, Leah Spooner, Canadian wine consultant and writer, chose Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC Rosé to create a special cocktail, the ‘Mom”osa.

A reinterpretation of the classic Mimosa, in a rosé version, where Prosecco DOC is replaced by Prosecco DOC Rosé and orange juice by grapefruit juice.

“Mom” osa

Ingredients

1/2 Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC Rosé

1/2 grapefruit juice

Sprig of rosemary

Procedure

Chill a long-stemmed wineglass with ice, pour in the Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC rosé and the grapefruit juice. Stir well and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
