Masterclass by Sandro Bottega at the Zin Inspiratie Lab

On 18^th June, Sandro Bottega gave a lecture at the “Top Class” event organized by Dutch distributor Sligro Food Group at their research centre ZiN Inspiratie Lab. The meeting explored the eating and drinking habits of the Generation Y and gave information about the latest millennials trends to the 45 people attending. During the day, Sandro Bottega and ZiN bartenders have created new cocktails with Bottega wines and distillates, to be served during different times of the day.
