Domus Vitae is the new winery of Bottega in Montalcino

On 11th November 2019, Bottega S.p.A. acquired the Domus Vitae estate, located in Montalcino, in the south-west part of the area, near the village of Camigliano. The large property covers 83 hectares of which 75 are woodland and 8 are vineyards. A nineteenth Sienese fort, once used to defend the territory, houses the cellar used for the vinification and ageing of our local wines: Brunello di Montalcino, Riserva, Rosso di Montalcino and Sant’Antimo.
An historic name, known in Italy and abroad for the quality of its red wines that are appreciated by consumers and experts in the field.
The company’s willingness to invest has led to the acquisition of this historic winery, which produces important wines that represent Italian excellence all over the world.
