Color and Appearance
Brilliant, straw yellow. Fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Typical and distinctive, fine and refined, the fruity aromas (above all green apple, pear and citrus) and floral aromas reminiscent of spring (wisteria, acacia and lily of the valley in particular) stand out.
Taste
Harmonious, elegant and balanced, the palate is soft (thanks to residual sugar) and at the same time dry (thanks to lively acidity).
