Excellent as an aperitif and for the preparation of cocktails, it pairs perfectly with fish appetizers and seafood risottos but, being an all-meal wine, also with wild herb-based cuisine, meat dishes, pizza, vegetables (especially asparagus and radicchio from Treviso), cured meats and cheeses.
