The fresh roots from the Ionian coast are processed to obtain a paste and subsequently an extract, featuring all the active components and intense aroma of licorice. Water, alcohol and sugar are expertly mixed to create a pitch-black, velvety and appealing liqueur, made special by the complexity of its sweet and spicy taste. With a final touch of grappa, Liquirizia Bottega gains a particular aromaticity, making it unique and unmistakable.
