Think Green

- 40 ml Bottega Pistacchio
- 80 ml Alexander Vodka
- Ice cubes
- 1 absinthe drop
- Coconut flakes
- Pistachio grain
Preparation:
Pour Pistacchio and Vodka into a cocktail shaker, with ice cubes and a drop of absinthe. Shake energetically for a few seconds. Serve the cocktail in a chilled Martini glass with pistachio grain on top and garnish the rim of the glass with coconut flakes.
