- 40 ml Alexander Exquisite Aged Grappa
- 20 ml Bottega Pear
- Two drops of Bitter
- 20 ml lemon juice
- A few drops of sugar syrup
- Dried slice of pear
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into the shaker, add ice and shake energetically for a few seconds. Serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a dried slice of pear.
