Prosecco DOC Spumante Extra Brut
Bottega Gold Extra Brut is an Extra Brut sparkling wine and is part of a project to enhance Prosecco that Bottega began developing more than ten years ago. The aim is to produce sparkling wines of the highest quality by extending fermentation time and thus obtain wines with a more complex character and good longevity. Bottega Gold Extra Brut bottle is fully customised with a mirrored finish, including the front label.

Organoleptic Characteristics
Color and Appearance
Straw yellow with golden reflexes, fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Refined notes of ripe golden apple and pear, white flowers, wisteria and acacia, with quite intense notes of bread crust.
Taste
Dry, enchanting, with good sapidity reflected in minerality. Remarkably persistent, it leaves a dry palate.

4-5°C
Serving Suggestions
It pairs perfectly with seafood crudités and oysters. Excellent with mushroom risotto, tagliatelle with seabass ragout or zucchini and shrimps, baked seabass with pea purée.
