At the Sommelier Choice Awards competition, Bottega Gold won the gold medal, and Bottega Rose Gold won the silver medal.

The goal of the Sommeliers Choice Awards is to provide buyers and sommeliers with a valuable reference point for figuring out which wines might be an interesting addition to a wine list.

The judging panel is composed entirely of top sommeliers, buyers and wine experts from U.S. restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs. To be selected as judges, sommeliers must demonstrate their experience in the industry.
